We welcome your submission to the ‘Works’ section of Readers and writers blog and will be happy to publish it, although we require your full name and, in some cases, your written permission on the form shown below.

No pseudonyms, anonymity

Although our weblog section and its blogroll deal with some sites written under pseudonyms or no names at all, we require authors to be identified on any nonfiction, fiction or poetry we publish in the ‘Works’ section.

Copyrights

Publishing your work on Readers and writers blog does not affect your copyright. The copyright to your work was created the moment you finished the work in material form – that is, a manuscript or computer file – and belongs only to you unless you convey it to someone else. We do not require that conveyance. In fact, we affirm the author’s right to work published in our ‘Works’ section by including under the byline a copyright logo followed by the words ‘Copyright by the author’ and then the year of publication.
